RADIANT - A Modified Painting App Project

This was my final project for my IT201 class and it was due 2 days ago. It doesn't really work properly, either, I'm just cutting my losses and submitting it as is so i can get A grade on it. I really do wish i could've done more, but too much else was in the way of me even STARTING.
